2024-03-06 22:53:45 +0000 UTCNow THIS is my favorite episode of the entire season. Second place goes to episode 7. Third place goes to episode 5. James Gunn has proven that he cares about the characters he works on with the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Suicide Squad. With this team it was no different. By the way, the reason why James made the intro the way he did was because he wanted to balance of tone of both comedy and seriousness. It’s a funny dance, but they all look serious. He also made it encouraging enough so that viewers don’t press the skip intro button as he wanted to acknowledge everyone who worked on this show. I don’t what this means for the team going into season 2, but they’re disbanded for the time being. What I do know is that it’ll be a while before we see it. Apparently, the upcoming Waller series will serve as a bridge for the second season.

2024-03-06 22:16:45 +0000 UTCDCU shows? No. Not yet. The Swamp Thing show is great, but got cancelled. Superman & Lois is pretty good. Doom Patrol is good, but maybe too weird for you. And I think Gotham is pretty good once you make it through season one. Also the animated shows are all pretty good.
