The Morlocks are a group of mutants who live in the sewers because most of them like Leech aren’t able to appear human. The Phoenix is a cosmic entity of fire that took over Jean in season 3. They fought side by side to defeat a deadly foe, but then the Phoenix had a selfish desire and it was taking a toll on Jean. The entity became Dark Phoenix, but the X-Men managed to make her realize the error of her ways and she finally decided to let Jean go. Asteroid M was a space sanctuary that Magneto built on an asteroid for mutants. For the most part it was actually a good plan, but one of the mutants he took in double-crossed him when their ideals collided. Let’s just say Magneto was more pacific by comparison.
