So what I've come to understand about Blue, is that basically he can fluctuate between low-max power. So he can be in blue and still performing at base form level if he wants. And can bring it to max if he wants. Blue is basically control over all his power (0-100)

In the Manga Goku uses super saiyan god and super saiyan blue whereas in the anime they went for super saiyan blue and blue+kaioken

So Goku kinda can't just go red... But he can but he can't y'know? His red form is basically exactly like 3 as far as being able to go into it, he suddenly can just do it and there is an explanation but it doesn't really explain any. In the anime, Vegeta never goes red, but he can do it the same as Goku (and he learnt it without the ritual I think? It's been a while since I looked into that lmao. They actually kinda treat Vegeta right in this later half of Super)

Also, unlimited doesn't mean infinite strength, it means infinite stamina. They can fight at their absolute strongest for as long as they want but they can't match, for instance, SSJ2 in actual power. Best they could do is hold out for longer than anybody else (which in a battle royale is what you want)

This, I think you might see Gotenks use it again (if I'm not misremembering the manga) but that's because he's literally a dumb kid who thinks "punch hard means punch good" but otherwise ss3 is just useless. The reason bro mentioned above here is explicitly why Vegeta never learned it (although some games have what ifs and SSJ3 Vegeta and SSJ3 Broly look SICK ASF)

I dont think you will ever see 3 again for a battle. Is just a useless form at this point, and drains stamina way too fast, is not even worth it. SS2 is weaker but more useful in combat than 3, so there is no point on that
