A time jump explains everything you’re asking about. Unfortunately they don’t outright say there’s a time jump. Ahsoka is older and so are all the other characters. She gets a second lightsaber during the time jump. It’s not shown or explained how or why.

2024-05-03 22:28:58 +0000 UTCYes, they look older because in this episode it's a timeskip making Anakin's hair long along with Ahsoka who got taller and got herself a new fit and she got a second lightsaber within the skip, it was never explained where she got it They just didn't really state it was a timeskip
