Hey don, so when Sasuke was talking about them laughing, he didnt meant they were laughing at him. He was basically saying everyone in the village (besides himself) is smiling and laughing, living in peace because of Itachi's sacrifice. And they dont even know the truth, so Sasuke finds those smiles and that peace offensive as it is created out of ignorance of the truth which was peace at the sake of the Uchiha clan. Hope that makes sense, I'm not the best at describing but I tried haha
