Way too many people who watch Naruto don't seem to grasp just how difficult and time-consuming it is to control one's chakra, much less be skilled enough at it to achieve the hundred healings mark. Chakra control is among the most important of a ninja's skills to master. Ironically I believe that lack of chakra control is why Naruto always failed at doing the regular clone jutsu as a kid.
