The second hokage has red eyes because he is albino. The pale skin, red eyes, and white hair are the indication of that.

They Killed 2 younger brothers , most likely killed his father , and then constantly got into fights with them. Even worst Madara put his only brother he had left in a situation where he had the choose to kill his self or him! And you know how they are! I would take precautions to, but maybe not the that extant tho
