the suga scene u were confised about is that usually he says "go win this" like someone on the outside, cause he felt that he wasnt contirbuting to the matches (with kageyama being starter too).... But this time he stops himself and says "let's win this" (let US win this) to kageyama cause he finally felt like he's useful to the team and sees himself as someone being able to score points ect ect
