Youve come this far and watched 400+ episodes idk why youd want to skip the ending now. The next arc is not essential but id say its pretty important. Also after The Last movie, there is another movie which i think youll really like called 'Road To Ninja : Naruto the Movie' which is far better than The Last imo. Its not canon but worth watching, youve mentioned in a few reactions before youd like something like it.
