dons character arc with boruto is gonna be interesting..also Purple Lightning is an attack only kakashi and advanced lightning users from the cloud village can use thats why Naruto was super suspect, Kakashi used it against a giant monster in the 1st arc

Of course, Naruto could’ve made more time for him but the land of fire and thus the Hidden Leaf village is way bigger and more central to the entire shinobi world compared to the other lands and villages, that’s why if you look at the past, the hokages were always busy compared to the other kages.
