2024-07-11 17:52:15 +0000 UTCJapan isn’t blatantly racist they are more curious than anything, they will be asking questions like “why are you black” mainly the children and youth as they probably haven’t seen a black person in person before so don’t take it to heart use it to educate if they can understand you. Sorry to hear you experienced racism from your boss at next. I’m not black but my cousin is and she experienced some really bad racism from her neighbour, let’s just say wrong family to mess with. Family gathering at their house and me, my other cousins, uncles didn’t take kindly to it, never happened again after that. We didn’t know until we heard it then all hell broke loose and we then come to find out it was happening for months
