Yet she sent a fantastic speedster, who is faster than Barry, away. I get not wanting him to throw himself into immediate danger without training (although that is exactly what Barry did when he first got his speed, and Wally has had the benefit of training with HR and practicing in the speed lab unlike Barry who started fighting metas right after waking from a coma) but they are literally their to train first, which would be helpful for Wally!
