The thing with Smallville is that it keeps getting better each season and it will not make sense for him to watch only the first. Season five is where it starts to kick off and then it just keeps getting better each season.

The flash is built out of goofy fight scenes that doesn’t make sense the only good thing about the show is the actors. so if the writing was better in the flash, it would betop notch.
