2025-02-01 01:41:17 +0000 UTCcomics were doing their own thing and just using bible for character ideas and did not really follow religion and bible at all but since 2011 they went through some changes and from there on it followed the bible for references much more strictly. its still not 100% accurate representation of christianity but it is wrong to say its not religious (as is your statement that its religious in only names). and considering show was made in 2016 it follows the new version of lucifer and not the original dc comics version that predates the shift to religious version.
