The Monarch of Transfiguration's main ability is the manipulation of space. Yes, the two Monarchs you see in the episode can create gates but they are not the ones creating the same gates which the hunters go through

China have their own ranking system for hunters but his rank is the equivalent to a Nation Level hunter like Thomas Andre from USA (the rank above S Rank which is given to hunters who can clear an S rank gate and have significant achievements and strength, and to date in the anime, I believe there are about 5 of them). Also (Spoiler), the two guys who walked through gates on Jeju and had talked in the monster language are Monarchs (the Monarch of beasts and also the Monarch of frost - I'll let you figure out who is which lol). On that note... I cannot wait for season 3 to come out!

This part of the story also pissed me off😂 be grateful someone like sung exists, don’t be greedy that you wasn’t granted a helping hand to eat off of sooner
