2025-04-04 19:52:00 +0000 UTCI think it's coming from a place of everyone can get it cause no one helped me. I went through a phase like that so I can understand it. I was bullied and a flip in me switched during a game when someone said something horrible to me. After that, I became so rude to any and everyone (apparently cause I have no memories of these few weeks). So I think it is something similar, except Erica always wanted to be pretty, desired and popular so that's where she went. Plus, remember that one of the prettiest and popular girl in school is Lydia and at the beginning she wasn't exactly the kindest. I think Erica just took a page out of her book and cranked it up. Also, we saw Erica for a total of 5 min at first. We don't know if she could be mean and it's not exactly like she had the option of being herself before.

2025-04-04 19:35:06 +0000 UTCI can understand Isaac a bit, as he's working from a place of serious trauma after years of horrific abuse. Erica, though, I can't stand what they did with her character. When we first met her, I was prepared to like her, but they have given her personality an apparent 180. She has become a raging bully-bitch. What did Scott, Stiles, and Allison ever do to her except be kind? They didn't bully, mock, or laugh at her when she had difficulty on the rock wall. I think the writers were being lazy when they wrote Erica's post-transformation scenes. Scott's personality didn't change so drastically, but nothing that we saw with Erica prior to the change indicated that she was at all a mean girl. I'm hopeful that Isaac and Erica will come down to reality and develop as characters and not be so antagonistic. The werewolves of this world have enough against them without that, too.
