Sometimes he has a hard time understanding scenes or he’s confused and we’ll explain it to him or if they mention it in future episodes we’d let him know. Cuz as fans we don’t want him to be confused.

2025-04-20 05:26:50 +0000 UTCDon you gotta remember that the alpha pack killed and absorb their beta’s powers. Think of how cell got stronger by absorbing people, it’s similar. Derek is fighting super alphas. Derek is the clutchest wolf in the show, you’ll see. As far as a true alpha, they have alpha abilities but don’t get a power boost like most alphas. Since most alphas take another alpha’s power they get stronger but a true alpha becomes an alpha without taking extra power. So basically a true alpha is more of a leader but not more powerful in terms of raw strength. You’ll see especially in season 4

So the skank and the teenagers SHE surrounds herself with (after accusing Derek of doing that, what a hypocrite) seized the opportunity to force Derek to kill one of his own and make Derek stronger. As many others on here already said, Derek's Alpha power is nowhere near the power of the Alpha pack member, who each murdered their own Betas to become more powerful. And yeah, it occurred to me as well that the skank Kali (gods, her feet are naaaaasty) and others apparently don't know that it was their own damn Alpha that killed Ennis. I suspect Kali was in love with him, going by her reaction outside the clinic in a prior episode after getting the news he was dead.
