2025-10-04 03:24:14 +0000 UTCNo, in Stefan's re-writing of their history he is making Damon out to be the untrustworthy liar (ironically while literally lying to his face right now) yet even before learning more and more about their TRUE history, from what we have seen these 1st dozen episodes, Damon has been more honest and trustworthy, even while killing (i.e. behaving like a vampire) than Stefan has since he arrived, stalking, grooming and lying to Elena to get her to rely on only himself!

Like if that were the case, she would have known already! Matt is a Bi***, especially since he just projected what Caroline said about a guy who graduated from high-school a couple years ago and just works at a bar while hitting on high school teenagers! Matt is like a sophomore (maybe a junior) in high-school, how is that "washed up?"
