It's not what happens when you have a lot of power, it's what happens when you lose control of the power you have. He was transforming more into what Peter was in season 1 than what Deucalion was in season 3. Deucalion lost control but was still holding the reins unlike Peter tho.

2025-05-29 03:05:56 +0000 UTCwhen scott like went grey and the white of eyes going black, it was like ducalion, i always took it as thats how an alpha werewolf goes when they have a lot of power and are using it, or strength, etc like how jennifer was afraid of deucalion at his strongest, when deucalion went grey with the black and red eyes but deucalion can get like that after killing his betas, and many more alphas probably, having all that power added to him, and scott, who hasnt killed anyone can do it to i just wish they used it more, not saying too much, it does come up, but they had so many missed opportunities
