I think Malia’s fight or flight instincts are much more advanced than the rest of the guys. She lived as a wild animal for years. She would be better at fighting and defending herself. Also what happened to not talking crap about Scott anymore after his showdown in the desert? I thought he was your man. 🐺

2025-07-02 21:50:28 +0000 UTCAnother reminder (though I know you don't read these comments until you're at least several episodes ahead), that electricity stops a Werewolf's powers and with enough charge renders them unable to shift or fight back. When last episode Scott struggled to carry out an electrified Kira from Eichen House, he was doing it on pretty much his own human strength because her electricity kept him from his wolf powers. And when the Dread Doctor zapped Scott in the corridor towards the end of this episode, the electricity made Scott literally unable to fight back. Even Alpha Werewolves are vulnerable to electricity, and I suspect that something else is going on with Scott's Alpha abilities that we haven't been shown yet (I'm watching for the first time, too, so I really don't know that for sure).

2025-06-16 04:38:26 +0000 UTCLOL, Lydia is always going to scream, I feel. That's a Banshee thing. If you look into the actual folklore of Banshees, that's what they do. With Lydia, it seems to be something like a warning/alarm, a focus for her, and somewhat of a locator for death? I'm not entirely sure (watching this for the first time, too), but I'm certain she's going to continue to scream because that's a Banshee thing. Her learning to fight and self-defend, though, is a VERY good idea, IMO.
