The first series from Mighty Morphin to The change when Disney bought it: Wild Force to RPM…all solid series…. When Saban bought the rights back things changed a little too much going into Samurai and through to Ninja Steel! Hasbro is the company of the last 3 series which weren’t bad but not all that either

And in danger of sounding like a broken record, I'd also add Time Force to this list. I agree with MMPR. It's the first, yes, but one has to consider how old Don is and the target audience for these shows. Some definitely target a younger demographic with simple themes, and MMPR is one of them.

2025-08-26 17:01:27 +0000 UTCAs much as I hold Power Rangers Samurai close to my heart, being one of the first Power Rangers shows I watched, I don't think this is the best place to start lol. It leans a lot more towards the awkward, kiddy aspect of Power Rangers without having a solid story to back it up (not saying it doesn't have good separate storylines and backstories - because it does, but the "main plot" is barely there and isn't that interesting). I see people suggesting Mighty Morphin' (the first generation of Power Rangers, made in 1993), and I might get crucified for saying this, but I think there are better series to watch... Here are some of my favs I think would be more fun as an introduction: - Power Rangers Dino Thunder - Power Rangers RPM - Power Rangers Mystic Force - Power Rangers Ninja Storm - Power Rangers Jungle Fury - Power Rangers Lost Galaxy - Power Rangers In Space Honorable Mention: Power Rangers Wild Force (the series is pretty average, but it's fun in a Disney type of way) *Also, Power Rangers Samurai doesn't have the best acting...it low-key takes you out sometimes, but other Power Rangers series do have good acting, so they're not all awkward lol*

2025-08-26 16:39:16 +0000 UTChey don antonio comes like 11-13 eps into the first season of samurai the official page has the wrong intro for some reason what i would suggest is to search up the series on youtube and look at the other playlist they have for it to see if the intro is changed (some seasons have multiple playlists bc they had to repost them so you probably have to find the one with the correct intro) TLDR; antonio comes later and the official power rangers page has multiple playlists due to a issue just find which one has the correct intro
