Chapter 62: The Terrifying Power of a Single Punch

"We found the Three-Tails."

"But we seem to have encountered some trouble."

"So, I need your help," Mei Terumi explained as they moved forward.

"Alright," Shishou nodded after hearing her out. Then, he silently withdrew his hand from Mei's grasp, only to take it again with a purposeful look, indicating she should lead the way.

"???" Mei Terumi was bewildered by Shishou's actions and looked at him with confusion.

"You lead the way," Shishou said, regaining control. He then picked Mei up in his arms and sped up, causing her to blush and roll her eyes, thinking he was taking advantage of her.

With Mei’s directions, it didn't take long for Shishou to arrive at a valley where the Three-Tails had fully transformed. Standing before the beast were several figures. Two of them wore Akatsuki's cloud-patterned cloaks: one wielding a bandage-wrapped sword and the other with a mask and green eyes—Kakuzu and Kisame. On the other side stood two women: one in a green outfit with long blonde hair, a mature and voluptuous figure. Her exaggerated figure was unmistakable—she could only be Tsunade from Konoha or Samui from the Cloud Village.

Seeing this, Shishou quickly hid behind a large tree with Mei. Activating his Sharingan, he began scanning the area, looking for any signs of Uchiha Obito. The Three-Tails stood still, clearly under some form of control.

"Isn't that the granddaughter of the First Hokage? Today is my lucky day," Kakuzu remarked coldly, eyeing Tsunade. The bounty on her head in the underground market was incredibly high.

"Kakuzu, I can't believe you're still alive," Tsunade responded calmly, glancing at him.

Suddenly, the Three-Tails roared and swiped a massive claw at Tsunade.

"Hmph!" Tsunade snorted, her right hand clenched into a fist. She met the giant claw with a powerful punch.

A thunderous crash followed, and a shockwave erupted from the impact. The force of Tsunade's punch sent the Three-Tails' claw flying and even made the massive beast stumble sideways.

The power of a single punch was terrifying!

Watching Tsunade’s display of strength, Mei’s mouth fell open in shock. Even Shishou, who had been prepared, was taken aback by the sheer force of Tsunade's attack.

"Wow, that's a bit much, isn't it?" Kisame grinned, his eyes gleaming with excitement. He loved challenging strong opponents.

"Tsunade-sama, the Three-Tails is clearly under someone's control. There must be others here," Shizune quickly assessed the situation.

"Others?" Tsunade narrowed her eyes, ready to strike again.

Suddenly, sensing danger, Tsunade propelled herself and Shizune away with a powerful leap. The space where they had just stood twisted, and a masked figure materialized—Obito.

"As expected of the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju," Obito commented, then turned to Kakuzu and Kisame, "This will be tricky. Let's all go at once."

Obito's hands touched the ground, and vines burst forth, targeting Tsunade and Shizune.

It's really Wood Release! Tsunade thought, gritting her teeth. She threw Shizune out of harm’s way and began smashing the vines with her fists.

Obito laughed, summoning more vines to ensnare Tsunade.

"Shizune, get out of here!" Tsunade commanded without looking back.

Knowing she would only be a burden, Shizune nodded and retreated swiftly. Her only choice now was to not hold Tsunade back.

On the other side of the battlefield, Kakuzu began to strip off his cloak, revealing his Earth Grudge Fear mode. He had always been after Tsunade's bounty, and nothing would deter him from his goal. Meanwhile, Kisame ignored Obito’s order, eager to fight Tsunade one-on-one.

"Fire Release: Head Mincing Pain!" Kakuzu’s fire mask opened its mouth, releasing a massive blaze towards Tsunade, who was still entangled in vines.

Tsunade’s eyes narrowed at the incoming fire release, noting its power and range.

Water Release: Water Encampment Wall! Mei Terumi appeared beside Tsunade, forming a barrier that extinguished Kakuzu’s flames.

Summoning Jutsu! Shishou, beside Mei, summoned his giant red centipede, which swiftly blocked the attacking vines.

Tsunade was momentarily surprised but quickly adapted, leaping into the air and deflecting the Three-Tails' tails with powerful strikes.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The clashes between Tsunade’s strength and the Three-Tails' tails created massive shockwaves.

"Who are you?" Tsunade asked, landing back on the ground and facing Shishou and Mei.

"This is the Fifth Mizukage, Mei Terumi. We are here to capture the Three-Tails," Shishou explained, deliberately omitting his own identity to give the impression they were both from the Mist Village.

"I see," Tsunade nodded, misunderstanding them as Mist Village ninjas.

Mei recognized the subtle deception in Shishou’s words but didn’t expose it. She saw the advantage in letting others believe Shishou was affiliated with the Mist Village, enhancing their village's perceived strength.

"You again!" Obito’s voice was filled with venom as he recognized Shishou.

"Yes, it's me again," Shishou replied calmly, shifting his gaze from Tsunade’s impressive figure to Obito.

"Hmph, isn't this our Fifth Mizukage? I didn't expect you to show up here," Kisame said with his characteristic creepy grin, ready to test Mei’s strength.

"Kisame, you traitor, hand over Samehada!" Mei demanded, eyes fixed on the sword in Kisame’s hands.

"Come and get it," Kisame taunted, charging at Mei.

Water Release: Great Shark Bullet Technique! Lava Release: Melting Apparition Technique!

The two engaged in a fierce battle, their powerful water-based jutsus clashing with each other.

Meanwhile, Kakuzu, fully transformed, charged at Tsunade, his focus solely on her bounty. The overlapping water jutsus from Kisame and Mei complicated Kakuzu’s use of other techniques, so he opted for a direct physical confrontation.

With everyone engaged in battle, the valley became a chaotic war zone, each fighter determined to achieve their goals.
