FANBOX新規約について（その２）

本日pixivの新規約が発表されました。 サービス共通利用規約改定と「禁止商品」「要修正商品」設定のお知らせ｜pixivFANBOX公式｜pixivFANBOX https://official.fanbox.cc/posts/4840582?utm_campaign=post_page&utm_medium=share&utm_source かなり判断に迷う規約ですが、実写・写実系は『禁止』。カード会社の規約に含まれる『ロリ・レイプ・近親・獣姦・切断』は禁止ではないが『要修正』という風に線引きされたようです。 『要修正』は運営が都度『総合的に判断』する方針のようですので、どのレベルで修正を依頼するのかが不明で、今の段階では対応を判断しかねます。 基本的に運営が決める基準ですので運営から実際に修正の声がかかって見なければわからないというのが実態かと思っています。 ですので、結論としましては１２月１５日以降もFANBOXの活動を継続し、運営の修正依頼が来た場合にその内容を見ながら今後の対応を考えようと思います。 少々あやふやな対応となってしまいご迷惑をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いします。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ The new terms of service for pixiv were announced today. It seems that the card company's terms and conditions include "Lolita, rape, incest, bestiality, and mutilation," which are not prohibited but require modification. It seems that the management will make a "comprehensive judgment" on "modifications required" on a case-by-case basis, so it is unclear at what level they will request modifications, and at this stage we cannot make a judgment on how to respond. Basically, it is a standard that is decided by the management, so I think the reality is that we will not know until we actually receive a request for correction from the management. So, in conclusion, we will continue the FANBOX activities after December 15, and will consider our future response when we receive a request for correction from the management.
