FANBOX新規約について（暫定）

本当は新規約が正式に発表されてから動こうと思っていたのですが、どうも月末ギリギリになりそうなので早めに方針を伝えておきたいと思います。 ご存じの方が多いと思いますが、１２月１５日をもってFANBOXの規約が変更されます。 参照リンク 決済を伴う取引に関するサービス共通利用規約改定の事前のお知らせとお願い｜pixivFANBOX公式｜pixivFANBOX https://official.fanbox.cc/posts/4768365?utm_campaign=post_page&utm_medium=share&utm_source 現状まだ具体的な規約は発表されていませんが ・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待 ・近親相姦 ・獣姦 ・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為) ・人または体の非合法的な切断　 など公序良俗に反する行為 がクレジット会社の規約に含まれており、それがそのままFANBOXの規約に反映されるようになると読み取ることのできる発表になっております。 またこれは今後の方針というだけではなく、過去の投稿作品においても非公開等の対応を取るように勧告もされています。 つまり、自分の認識としては１２月１５日以降はそういう投稿はできないし、過去の投稿も削除・非公開にしなければならないということだと思っています。 自分の投稿内容は上記の内容に抵触するものが多く、特に「同意のない性行為」がどこに基準が引かれるかがわからない為、FANBOXの新規約にはほとんど対応できないと考えています。 FANBOXとpixivのアカウントが紐づいている以上、こっちでアカウント停止を食らうとpixivの方にも影響が出かねないという心配もあるため、もしもFANBOXの新規約が自分の考える通りの物であった場合、１２月１５日をもって完全閉鎖を考えております。 その場合今後は現在活動中のfantiaと、新しくC-enでも活動を開始し、その二本の支援サイトで活動していこうと考えております。 その場合、fantiaは少し形態を変えるかもしれません。 長柄武器店 (ながえ)｜ファンティア[Fantia] https://fantia.jp/6db4d4814f （C-enは準備中です） 現状のご報告できる内容は以上となります。今後新規約が発表され、それが自分の思った内容と違ったり、その他考えを改めた場合はまた追って連絡をしたいと思います。 大変ご迷惑をお掛けしますがよろしくお願いします。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ I was actually planning to move after the new terms and conditions were officially announced, but it looks like it will be just before the end of the month, so I would like to inform you of the policy as soon as possible. In other words, my understanding is that I will not be able to post anything after December 15, and that my past submissions will also have to be deleted or made private.
