I like the way she lifts her legs when she's ready to give birth. I miss the umbilical cords that show the connection between baby(s) and mother, but that's just a personal taste of mine, and probably would be hard to explain since she's birthing infinite demons. Her legs definitely look funny though, specifically at the point where her butt and thighs are supposed to connect, like a hotdog pivoting on a ball.
