Created centuries ago by a powerful militant religious sect, these blades were distributed among their fantastical army during their crusade against the ‘outsiders’. Beings not native to the material plane. While the sect was ultimately wiped out, a handful of these swords survived.
You gain a +2 to Attack and Damage rolls with this magical weapon when attacking celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead.
Hallowed Be Thy Blade - As an action, you can thrust the blade into any surface, instantly casting the Hallow spell. When cast in this way, the effect does not become permanent unless the blade is left where it is for 24 hours.
When cast in this way, all celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead must immediately make a DC17 Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. Each time one of these creatures ends its turn in the hallowed area, it must repeat the saving throw. Once one of these creatures leaves this area, it cannot reenter.
You may use this ability once per long rest.
