Wondrous Item, Very Rare, Requires Attunement

“This seemingly antique lantern, decorated with symbols of death and the autumn season, is actually an artifact used by the Autumnal Fey Prince, Jack of the Lantern.
He and those under his command have sworn an oath to ferry the souls of those both in the fey realm and those deeply connected with it.

This small lantern sheds bright light in a 30 ft radius and dim light for an additional 30 ft. It requires no fuel and gives off no heat. With a command word (no action required), you can cause the lantern to hover in the air within 5 ft of you. At the start of each of your turns, you can command the lantern to move up to 30ft through the air. If you are ever outside of the lantern’s light, it drops to the ground and goes out until you pick it up and take an action to rekindle its light.

Veracity’s Light - As a Bonus Action, you can cause the light of the lantern to become a cool blue for the next 10 minutes. Creatures within the radius of the light cannot be concealed by magical means and are immediately revealed. Creatures within this light can still hide by mundane or natural means. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again til the following Dusk. 

Return to Death - As a Bonus Action, you can cause the light of the lantern to become a deep red for the next 10 minutes. Attacks against Undead creatures while they are within this light are made with Advantage. In addition, ethereal and incorporeal Undead creatures become corporeal and able to be damaged by mundane means. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again til the following Dusk.
