The Frozen Fractal Shield has 2 charges, which recharge at Midnight. For each charge missing from the Shield, the Shield’s AC bonus is decreased by 1, as its enchanted ice splinters and breaks apart.
When targeted by a spell, you may expend a charge from the shield and use a Reaction, to reflect the spell’s energy and redirect it. Choose a new target for the spell within the spell’s range from you. You use the spellcaster’s Spell Attack or Spell Save DC when redirecting the spell onto a new target.
