Scarlet Overkill is world-famous supervillain, the wife of Herb Overkill and the archenemy of Kevin the Minion. She is the main antagonist of the film Minions, and she is voiced by Sandra Bullock. Scarlet is a world-class female supervillain in the groovy, late-1960s.
Filled and fattened by goodies she cook herself, in this alternative reality, she's the Queen of fast-foods.
