Its ironic how you all hate Kira's mom for suggesting they kill Stiles when he was possessed by the Nogitsune. But now you're angry at Scott cause he doesn't wanna kill people that are also being controlled by someone. Tracy didn't even know what she was doing. And even the boy in the hospital was saying how Lucas suddenly turned into a completely different person. These chimeras are victims of the Dread Doctors, they're not choosing to be evil.
