Shaking my head the entire time at amethyst. Seems they have a toxic relationship and she looses it. I agree the loaded words but not showing is brilliant stuff. Will we ever know? (You know but I donβt ππ) I get why you love it. Twisted but still a bit cathartic but also not π

Ik itβs not a part of the overarching plot line necessarily but the dynamics in this episode are fascinating to me, itβs cool that they were able to use a surprisingly dark story like this within a kidsβ show. This sort of blatant emotional manipulation is really interesting, in a character sense. βI want to be friends again, I really do! But I canβt let you do this to me again!β is such a loaded and interesting line choice from the writers. I love when shows imply an extensive history between characters that the viewer never really gets to know like that.
