I may have been too exaggerating, its not that bad as it sounds after i re-read what i wrote... But the issue is there.
I like your comparison to the reality-check of the dream-job being not as what its expected to be.

Lmfao pinkie 😂😂😂. Knew she was gonna miss it. Or maybe she did plan for a back up plan! 🤔🤔
I definitely get the more bullying/hazing themes here. As I was saying, this situation was a different experience for both parties. A term of endearment/earning stripes and trauma for the other. It’s the way RD internalized that and got triggered. And I’m a sporty guy and also Latino where they do give nicknames off of your short comings so perhaps I’m immune to this stuff 😂. But obviously this is more personal matter so I get the possibility of them being hurtful.
And I do think joining the wonderbolts was like a reality check situation. Your dream job isn’t going to always be what you thought and it also will take time to get acclimated. And it’s a new world with new people and personalities. Also military people can DEFINITELY be really pushy and insensitive so I don’t think the WB being a bit demanding and playful is the worst thing.
But yes this still feels a bit awkward in her dream so I can see why this and all the above things you said are issues.

Talking about ambitions and goals:
- Pinkie Pie aims to make everyone happy, as she sings in "Smile" from "A Friend in Deed" (S2E18). Her joy comes from bringing smiles to others, and that's her true purpose.
- Applejack seems content with her life, focusing on her family and farm. She doesn't appear to have any grand ambitions beyond maintaining what she loves.
- Twilight Sparkle's situation is more complex. I think becoming an alicorn princess wasn't her initial ambition. Originally, she sought knowledge and wanted to please Celestia. Now, her goal has shifted to being accepted as a good Princess of Friendship, and recently, this also may be evolving into a desire to become a good teacher to Starlight.
- Rarity has achieved significant milestones by opening her boutiques, but her ultimate ambition might be to become the biggest trendsetter in Equestria.
- Fluttershy's goal is the most elusive. She has never directly expressed her ambitions, but it likely revolves around her deep love for animals. Her true aspirations might become clearer in time.

- Some notes/thoughts/facts: -
Its nice to see Scootaloo still rooting for Dash
3-point Superhero landing!

And they finally take Rainbow Dash in as a full fledged Wonderbolt!

- I think RainbowDash.exe has topped working here 😅
https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/mlp/images/0/0e/Rainbow_Dash_giving_a_very_wide_grin_S6E7.png
- Oh she finally Rebooted again and has the brightest Smile ever!
I love how chipper you were about that fact 🤣
This is no world, its Rainbows home which is called "Cloudominium".
We have seen it a several times before - It even changed a little over Time:

- from "Griffon the Brush Off" (S1E5)

- Its hella huge and has a nice design - and this is just her foyer:

- Rainbow's job as weather-patrol-mare of Ponyville must be paying really really well 😅
Poor Spike is getting abused again... 😅

And there it is... she didn't watch out at the runway, the number one rule and made a blunder crashing into bins... earning her the Nickname "Rainbow-Crash" which is even more crushing and traumatic, does it bring back up her already mortifying nickname of old times.
Even her former teacher is in with it? Wow...

Misty Fly: "Classic rookie move, Rainbow Crash. That was amazing."
- Seems to happen to more newbies than just Rainbow.
Rainbows shown struggles here keeping up with the other members was really good!
I would have loved to see more about that.
Such good friends, they know that something is up...
Rarity: "Mmm-hmm! What you need is to find a positive way to stand out. As soon as you're known for something else, that nasty old nickname will be forgotten."
Twilight Sparkle: "Rarity's right. Why don't you think of the Wonderbolts like us? We're a team, but we all stand out in different ways."
- Rainbow Dash took this literally... resulting in impersonating her Friends 😅
I bet the VA of Rainbow Dash had mighty fun impersonating every of the Mane 6 😋
- When imitating Twilight, Rainbow suggests the nickname "Reading Rainboom", a reference to the 1983 literary educational children's TV series Reading Rainbow.
- When imitating Fluttershy, Rainbow suggests the nickname "Care Mare", a reference to the Care Bears line of toys.
Twilight Sparkle: "Rainbow Dash is a pretty resilient pony. I'm sure she's shaken off her tough first day and turned it around by now!" - resilient maybe... but a traumatic event is sometimes stronger than ones resilience - but funny that she mentioned it... does Rainbow have another great plan to make an thunderous entrance...
... a plan with lots of loopholes I might add - that backfired...
https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/mlp/images/9/9d/Crowd_of_ponies_in_shock_S6E7.png
- Yeah me too...
Do you think it was a coincidence that Pinkie ordered a huge cone of cotton candy... which stopped Rainbows fall..? I am sure she knew this was happening..! (Maybe her Pinkie Sense was telling her that something is falling down...) 🤣
At least it's finally revealed that the Wonderbolts all have those Nicknames... and that it's a custom for newbies to go through it...
I also bet that Spitfire wasn't kicking out Rainbow for her behavior, because they already had some history together and was in a sense her friend. Also Rainbow was just too much talented to let go.

This episode was a tough one for me to watch. I absolutely despise bullying and hurtful nicknames, having had some personal experiences with them in the past. Because of that, the hazing rituals and nickname traditions of the Wonderbolts, which resemble military initiation rites, didn’t sit well with me.
I’m not alone in this feeling - this episode received a mixed reception from many fans. Some felt that the Wonderbolts were portrayed as rude and insensitive, treating Rainbow Dash poorly even after she achieved her dream of joining them. To many viewers, this depiction seemed to misrepresent the Wonderbolts, who had always been Rainbow Dash’s idols. The lesson and moral of the episode were also seen as problematic by some, as they appeared to condone or trivialize the impact of bullying.
Personally, I wouldn't go that far, but found the portrayal of military-style teasing to be out of place for a show which is mostly about positive vibes. It didn’t fit well with the show's usual themes and left a sour taste. Although there was a message to be taken from the episode, it was undermined by the fact that the trauma of Rainbow Dash being called "Rainbow Crash" wasn’t truly addressed - it was merely ignored or replaced and while I understand the writers' intent I remain uneasy about this overall lack of message.
There’s a theory that the episode intentionally subverts the idea of heroism by showing that even idols like the Wonderbolts have flaws. However, this approach seemed to backfire by making the heroes too unlikable. Another theory suggests that the episode reflects broader social issues, such as the acceptance of hazing and the problematic nature of bullying disguised as tradition. While these are important topics, they were not handled in a way that felt appropriate for the show's usual tone and themes, which focus on friendship and positive values.
Twilight’s remark at the beginning of the episode, "Everypony knows you're a great flyer, Rainbow Dash, but so are the rest of the Wonderbolts. It might be more challenging than you think," suggested a much better direction for the episode. It could have focused more on the challenge of keeping up with the Wonderbolts rigorous training, which would have been a more fitting and positive message. While Rainbow Dash’s struggles to keep up with the other Wonderbolts were shown, they were not explored deeply enough, and too much emphasis was placed on the bullying aspect without resolving it in a more satisfying way.
Overall, this episode was difficult for me. The first in-depth depiction of the Wonderbolts felt off, and the use of military hazing/teasing as primary premise was questionable, leaving the episode without a strong, positive message. However, there were still some good moments, like Rainbow Dash’s hilarious impersonation of her friends and the fact that she ultimately became a full member of the Wonderbolts. I’m incredibly proud of her, considering the challenges she faced, from the Young Flyers competition in "Sonic Rainboom" (S1E16), to competing with Lightning Dust in "Wonderbolts Academy" (S3E7), to taking exams in "Testing Testing 1, 2, 3" (S4E21), and being framed by a former Wonderbolt in "Rarity Investigates!" (S5E15).
So, while the episode wasn’t bad and was executed well in parts, it struggled to handle the topic of bullying in a way that felt satisfying and true to the show's usual spirit.

Another great reaction! I am happy that you didn't have any problems with it like me. - As i said, it's more of a personal thing. - Glad you liked it, was great to watch. 💙

The simultaneous misunderstanding of their tradition and her trauma was so well done. Very impressed and proud of her!!

Finally rainbow dash is a wonderbolt!! I’m so proud of her!! a although it does make sense the past trauma from being called rainbow crash would bother her badly so her actions did make sense, I’m happy she was able to see it in a different way since all the bolts have embarrassing nicknames!

"What's this world"... that's actually Rainbow Dash's house. We don't see it often, but you've seen it before
