True marriage canceled, Sunset is not flawless enough... - more for me though 😏 Yeah it was possible in ealier times on youtube - you were able to manually put different links into the Videos at any timestamp you wanted. I am not sure why this was changed...

2024-09-02 23:36:47 +0000 UTCShy Fluttershy has to get over her stage fright in "Fluttershy's Butterflies" and 3 options to choose, while Applejacks was wholesome, Rainbows was more of a frontal way. But contender number 3 as in DJ Pon-3 was quite a suprise and downright spectacular, but Fluttershy didn't learn anything by that 😅 In "Text Support" Sci-Twi receives cryptic Emoji-Texts from her friend Timber Spruce and can't decipher it - while Rarity knows the current emoji-slang, she hijacked Sci-Twi's conversation, which wasn't particularly as cool as the promised ice-eating-date she made was... and while Fluttershy's suggestion was helpful, i am not sure if I should consult her for this again the next time 😅 - Still Sunsets practical suggestion to be direct is the best option in my opinion, because it will lead to further problems in future otherwise if Sci-Twi had to pretend she knows what Timber wants through emojis... Sci-Twi seems to be broken in "Stressed in Show" and needs a break. Fluttershys option to go into the forest and get help from her furry friends was very unothodox, yet effective... if I was able to speak with animals.. i would do that too... otherwise... I would be even more stressed out if I met a wild bear in there... - Now as to Rainbows suggestion, sport can be very helpful to get into another mindset and let's face it, against Rainbow, everyone is not athletic enough... but it's a surprise that Sci-Twi was able to hold up... and Sunset didn't 😨... well that's a stain in her record... (😱 she isn't perfect 😱) - The 3rd case, Pinkie's suggestions choices were stressful enough in itself and just comedic nature... still it somewhat helped? But I wouldn't try to face her about it 😆 Oh no...😱 Sunset didn't pass her driving test in "Driving Miss Shimmer". Again Rarity is going the extravagant way with a stretch limo, just typical of her... but if you are able to master that, a little car is no challenge anymore. And then there is Granny Smiths "clunker" which is a challenge in itself, but teached Sunset how to use the repair-tools. At last there is Fluttershy, whose rhymes to everything noteworthy is quite a neat way to remember the basiscs on driving-safety etc. - If i had to choose, i would also go with Rarity, she had a professional Chauffeur on the passenger seat to help you out 👍 The wordplay in each choice was on point. 😅 Did you say "Megan Foster"? Granny Smith is voiced by "Tabitha St. Germain", who also voices Rarity and Princess Luna. Someone stole the most important asset to the play in "Rarity Investigates: The Case of the Bedazzled Boot". We again get to see Rarity in action with her detective skills in her typical noir manner which indeed was a nice callback to Season 5. Pinkie was again the silly variant out of the 3 choices, which was funny, while the stare-down with Trixie was funny due to their inner dialogues. The last one got MAAAAUD! Fitting for a gem-boot to be taken care of by a geology-nerd. Also the callback to Season 2 premiere with discord, where Rarity was going hard with "TOM" was nice. They finally do a rehearsal of their play in "All the World's Off Stage" and Snips and Snails have problems to move the city-stage... The most obvious way would be for Sci-Twi to use her magic, but she decides to test her new toy which indeed was awesome. Pinkie just decides to replace the city-stage with balloons. At last there is that nerd-guy "Micro Chips" (he was seen a couple of times before) who came forward with the brilliant idea to fabricate a training method for Bulk Biceps to coax him into pulling the stage. - Sci-Twi's method was the best in my opinion. Trendsetter Rarity is just thinking about a new trend for 20 seconds by staring into the distance while getting filmed in "Best Trends Forever". Every choice she made, someone regretted in the end... You could say it is a commentary about how everyone follows trends, even if its a dumb or unsuitable one...but ultimately friendship is always a good thing to be in trend. Still one question remains: Why is Bulk looking so good with long rainbow hairs!? In "Constructive Criticism" AJ is hurting herself and needs some help to finish a stage-set. The first choice is Rainbow, who seems to be able to build a set quite fast and made even improvements to visualize AJ's vision... all while Pinkie is drumming up one hell of a set. But Photo Finish is going into another direction with an interesting laser-show... and as cool as that looks, I absolutely fear to burn my eyes in one of them 😅 - my choice would be Rainbows, that stage was great. The play is finally on in "Opening Night", which seems to be an very far fetched adaptation of Cinderella? Anyway disaster strucks as something unexpected interrupts the play and Fluttershy gets rattled up. The first choice was the most awkward one with AJ as an Appletree... classic. The second one with Sci-Twi was the better and smoother choice. But then its Sunsets turn, and if you thought AJ´s was cringe, her performance here was the mother of all awkward moments combined but was very metaphorical in the end... At last we have "Happily Ever After Party", the CMC have problems to get a projector from Cranky, but luckily they can get help. AJ's "stubborn-off" with cranky was only to distract him, simple but effective... Rarity is mediating in a lawyer kind of matter and it turns out, it isnt Crankys projector, its everyones... and who knew that cranky is a party-donkey? 😏 Rainbows spy-infiltration approach to steal the projector was smooth... except for the CMC who fell into Cranky's math-trap... 😅 The overall Theme was the setup of a play with several steps in between, which was nice. Thank you for this little shorts marathon, I enjoyed to watch your reaction. 💙
