Yeah I agree there could be alot of issues with this episode and maybe wanted it more climatic. It could feel rushed but at the same time it doesn’t always have to be like rainbow dash or rarity as it’s a much intimate and area that just needs some leveling. But I feel this is more showcasing her backbone and also how bonds and community can finally breed the motivation to pursue that dream. I understand the iffiness with the fandom as maybe it should’ve been a half season or full season development but I also sort of love it for her. It’s hard since I also think she hasn’t been a focal point for a big part of Season 5-6. More subtle inclusions throughout this part of the series if it wasn’t the scarring episode or zephyr. The more I think about it maybe I’m not the most in love with this but I still think it’s great? 😅

2024-09-09 04:21:58 +0000 UTCGreat episode, we finally see fluttershys dream come true! the only problem I have with this is that I just wish we had gotten more of a glimpse of her dream before now, we all wondered why she hadn’t gotten her dream achieved or even mentioned it before but I do realize it takes time to find out what you want done, another thing some people didn’t like about this ep was her sanctuary was built in one episode, but I’d argue that it’s not something complicated it was a simple outside sanctuary for the animals not like rarity’s shops or rainbow dash getting into the wonderbolts that had a huge build up to it but it’s okay have a small dream that you’d like get achieved but means so much to you, I love the character development we get here from fluttershy just compare her now to her season 1 self it’s like night and day she still is shy but assertive as well, also you’re right we haven’t seen a lot of fluttershy this season.
