The Gamer Girl Sunset returns with another gaming-themed treasure hunt in "X Marks the Spot", filled with plenty of fun gaming references 😅. However, the reveal - X turning out to be just a sushi bar marketing gimmick - felt a bit disappointing in the end 😐. We get to see the HuMane version of Rainbows pet "Tank" in "Aww... Baby Turtles". His care for the adorable baby turtles was just too cute. But holy hell were the crabs fierce 😅 - Is that you, Mr. Krabs? In "Lost and Found," Rarity loses her earring and absolutely loses her mind over it. Thankfully, Rainbow and AJ step in to help her search... only to discover a sea mine. Yes, really - that spiky metal sphere with chains: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/mlp/images/7/74/Medium-sized_pile_of_junk_on_the_beach_EGDS15.png And it's not just any phone - it’s a Nokia. The legendary phone that will outlast humanity itself, enduring for all eternity and beyond. 😅 "Too hot to handle" was just a neat intermission story about ice and crabs - and crabs that want ice, while Pinkie doesn't want crabs but ice... but got no chill and iced them in the end. 😵 In "Unsolved Selfie Mysteries", an unknown entity appears in one of the selfies - a mystery on par with the Loch Ness Monster or the Yeti. While Fluttershy shows her bravery, Timber Spruce, on the other hand, isn't quite as courageous and hides behind Sci-Twi 😂. Still, it's nice to see him again! In "The Salty Sails" we kinda get Flashbacks to the P.P.O.V Episode... Luckily it didn't end in a friendship tragedy, but the opposite. Pinky was as hilarious as ever, I liked it. In "Blue Crushed" Zephyr makes an appearance and pretends to be a surfer... It was okay. Hm, is there a clear favorite for the hottest boy in EQG..? That’s not an easy question since everyone has different tastes. However, I'd say it probably comes down to either Flash Sentry or Timber Spruce. The friendship between Sci-Twi and Pinkie is put to the test by a pop quiz in "Friendship Math". Although the quiz is just a silly challenge, Sci-Twi struggles to accept defeat and decides to analyze her own results through a complex mathematical formula. In the end, she realizes that friendship can't be quantified. It's a heartwarming portrayal of Pinkie and Sci-Twi's relationship, as Pinkie respects Sci-Twi’s process and gives her the space she needs - while Sci-Twi still makes sure to stay connected with Pinkie Pie. 😁 In "Turf War", we see Applejack stepping in as a substitute lifeguard. Timber Spruce, eager to prove himself in front of her, sparks a full-blown turf war, with both trying to outdo each other to the point of hilarious absurdity. I love how Bulk Biceps pretended to drown just to show them the importance of teamwork. 🤩 Cherilee makes a comeback at "The last day at school". It was funny how Sci-Twi was so focused on her studies for school, that she was forgetting the free-to-do-anything part during the summer break. Luckily she had a good friend who reminded her. Fluttershy tries to film her furry friends in "Outtakes" but ends up getting stage fright. Instead, she focuses on capturing just the animals' behavior, which turns out to be quite chaotic by the end. Luckily, Sci-Twi and AJ step in to help edit everything into a great commercial. It all worked out really well. And yes, we were all a bit misled by the title, thinking it was an outtake from an earlier special... 😅 Pinkie is back serving at the diner in "Pinkie Pie: Snack Psychic", once again matching people up when they can help each other, in her usual mix of unsettling yet hilarious intuition. As you mentioned, Sci-Twi and Flash got an awkward moment as Flash is still in love with Twilight, not Sci-Twi, despite their resemblance - but it was still a lot of fun to watch. I like the song in "Five to Nine" and how it shows AJ's working at the farm during the break. You are right about the HuMane 7's country outfits, they are really good. I like that song for its simplicity. So, while the others go to a karaoke-bar to sing, Fluttershy is much too shy to go with them. However she sings on her own the song "So much more to Me" which is so damn good!
