The majority of the episodes where Stiles is missing / not actually seen on the show, was mostly cause Dylan O’Brien was recovering (both physically and mentally) from his horrific accident on the set of the 3rd Maze Runner film. It took a while for him to decide he wanted to keep acting.

Okay, I hope yall didn't miss this but I think one of the best moments about this episode is finding out Stiles' name. Mainly because if you remember the episode where Lydia used hypnosis to write Stiles name by writing mischief a bunch of times, you'll realize that mischief was a clue to Stiles' real name, what he used to call himself when he couldn't pronounce his name. I really love details like that and that it came back to make sense of that scene.

I actually thought they would have made Scott and Stiles end up together at some points in the show 🤣🤣

Exactly, Thank you! I know Isaac is gone but he left Derek to be with Scott's pack and not because of Stiles. I don't think Isaac and Stiles even liked each other that much, which to me was pretty funny. Allison stayed in Scott's pack even though they broke up, Malia is still in his pack because of Scott not Stiles. Same goes for Lydia, Liam etc. I love Stiles but Scott is the reason everyone is in that pack.

I do agree that through out the show Scott has become more of a side character and when it was airing it was really annoying to watch, BUT for me personally i think Scott AND Stiles are the main characters in the show! The show is their story not just Stiles or just Scott. I like Stydia but for me the main love story is Scott and Stiles! I don't care what people say but if Scott was taken it would be just as sad as the show is without Stiles because of their relationship!

Being an alpha means more than being the strongest of the pack. You have to hold the pack together even through the toughest times. An alpha builds up his pack, inspires his members/betas not just to fight but to be better versions of themselves. Scott can turn the most complete strangers into closest friends and pack mates, turn enemies into allies and friends, not to mention his pack is full of unusual supernatural creatures and humans when it’s just supposed to be beta werewolves in a pack. Scott may not be the strongest but for a teenager who has been a werewolf for 2 years he has a much better track record than most of the other alphas on this show (even Derek)

Now I'm intrigued, because yes without Stiles there would be now teen wolf since he's the reason why Scott in like this, but without Scott there is no pack. None of the people would be where they are; Liam, Malia, Hayden, Lydia, etc. There's also the fact that a lot more people would be dead without Scott trying to save everyone.

I ain't gone lie nobody wanted the Sheriff and Scott mom together I neva saw the spark I mean they are good friends but still n another thing I have to disagree wit the Derek part Scott is a better alpha then him bc nobody in Scott's pack wanted to get out of it or died bc of him wen Derek the reason his pack died bc he knew alphas would come and he didn't warn his pack about it till the last min and for the perfect cast I would say SCOTT , STILES, MALIA, ALLISON,LYDIA,LIAM,DEREK,PETER, ISSAC,AND CORA would've been the best pack I didn't like Derek's pack bc they all tried to leave n always needed help unlike Scott packs and Jeff Davis did fuck up on some parts of the show like how Scott fought better wen he was a beta then became soft as a alpha like if Scott used his full power n kill threats it would've been better for him n the show

if dylan o’brien didn’t have to do a movie and if he could’ve stayed in every episode, i always wonder what other character they could have centered this season around. i love stiles….but i would’ve loved it if it was scott who got forgotten. it would’ve been awesome to see everybody else save scott rather than the other way around. and to be reminded just how much of an impact he had on the show
