2024-11-07 18:58:31 +0000 UTCOoooooo. Starlight gets you feeling things? 👀🫣 But I agree that it seems like she’s shoehorned into and not having fun or being used. Might have been nice to see cozy and starlight have a convo. Maybe something she said pushed her or made her do something even more with her plan. I agree with twilight. A bit harsh and unfair. Oooo I didn’t see that! That makes sense. I think when we look back at this EP. I might appreciate it a bit more with your insight for sure. I still was suspicious but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and not jump to it. But it was a great way to bring her into the fold! I think my first first impression I wasn’t as suspicious but I think her voice was off putting which made me suspicious 😂. So not a real plot reason but body language.

Looks like you could use a guidance counselor's help! Hint, hint." Twilight Sparkle: "No, thanks, Starlight. I've got this." Starlight Glimmer: [sadly] "Great. Well, I'll just... go dust my office for the seventieth time." - Starlight seems not to be needed much as guidance counsellor... Students: "O dragon! My dragon!" 🤣 - This is a reference to the film "Dead Poets Society" which references a poem "O Captain! Fans, too, were disappointed with Twilight's behavior, noting it felt out of character for her to judge the CMC so hastily. Given her history with them, it seemed uncharacteristic that she'd be suspicious without hearing their side, especially considering her growth as a leader. That said, it's not entirely unwarranted since the CMC have occasionally crossed lines with good intentions, including prior attempts to sneak into the school through deceptive means. Their tutoring roles fit well, allowing them to help others with friendship challenges - a thematic progression true to the CMC. I also enjoyed the episode's visual elements, like Spike's new wings and the cutie mark flashcards, which enhanced the setting. Spike brought some lighthearted humor, especially with his "O dragon! 2024-10-31 14:02:10 +0000 UTCI enjoy this episode, although idk if twilight would assume the cmc really taught her the wrongs things out of spite, twilight knows them enough to know better, I also like cozy glows voice. lol and starlight was brilliant in this one as always I feel bad for her not having anything to do as counselor of the school.
