Who knew the ponies in pop culture would be a hit? 🤔 (sarcasm) I loved seeing the school and her teaching! Yeah that was my fault. Never came across that time clock before. But it worked out and was even better than I had imagined! Thank you again for putting it together!!

2024-11-07 04:28:40 +0000 UTCThanks Ed, yeah that was pronounced right - And you can call me whatever you want 😂 The first one was the 1980's G1 intro... no it was not part of anything G4 related per say, but I just thought as a little joke and as a nod to it's predecessor - well why not? It's interesting to watch. Also it was brought up for the 'Established 1983 Franchise Anniversary' shorts for the My Little Pony franchise's 35th anniversary. This also applicates to most of the song parodies. Hm, did i got that right you want to try out watching G1? This could be interesting. I saw parts of it and some were interesting, but it's difficult to watch as its not in any way modern storytelling or animation. Rubik's cubes... are also my bane. - I can't figure them out 😅 All these Song parodies were absolutely great and very much unexpected! - I love them! The Katy Perry - California Girls parody came out 2013 when Equestria Girls came out. It was originally a 30-second song. However, due to the show's popularity among 'Bronies', a longer version was eventually released on a popular MLP fan site, 'Equestria Daily', as a gesture from The Hub to the entire fan community. The following day, it aired on their TV channel, which is why 'Bronies' are mentioned in the lyrics! It's great to see Rarity's drive in "Rarity's Peek Behind the Boutique" and to see some insights about her passion for fashion. I also love that "applejackilicicious" here 😅. It had again it's own style of animation, nearly identical to Flurry Hearts-miniseries, which was neat. 'The Fresh Princess of Friendship' is a great parody on 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' by Will Smith, it was really nostalgic. And yes it was suprisingly Luna's old design... long time no see. Pinkstercise was a fun little break to get you moving and stretch a bit. Well, at least it worked virtually... 😅 "Fundamentals of Magic", was a great miniseries about which magic exists and what they can do. Plus it's with Celestia teaching at her magic school! Great! - I love all the magical depictions and use-cases and it even dove into some interesting aspects like the sinister artefacts and uses. And no... that was not Derpy, she is a pegasus, silly 😆 - This one however is a unicorn called 'Dinky Doo'. Dinky Doo is often referred to as Derpy's daughter, because originally, Derpy's official name was 'Ditzy Doo', as mentioned during the 'Winter Wrap-Up' episode. However, the show's staff eventually adopted the fan-established name 'Derpy Hooves' later on. The Full House Homage was great! Glad you like it so much! That game is a nod to old 2D run and jump games like Super Mario etc. and does as far as I know not officially exist. 'Saved by My Friends' is a parody to 'Saved by the Bell' and was a promotional video for Season 8. - I'm glad it worked out! I was a bit concerned earlier when you were contacting me and it seemed to have a wrong runtime. Happy it all came together in the end. And thank you for your kind words. Glad you liked it! The parody shorts were part of Hasbro's "Established 1983 Franchise Anniversary" campaign, that game too was a hint to old 2D run and jump games like Super Mario and does as far as I know not exist. However it had more nods than just the mentioned one. And you are right about the mentioning of "Bronies", it's funny they recognized that officially that early on.

I think it was the first time the official show has mentioned bronies which was amazing even if it was just a commercial for the show lol I loved the video game too they do have mlp games but I’m not sure if that is one if not there is definitely one similar out there, I’m glad we saw celestia teaching I hadn’t seen those before very interesting, the person who put this together for you is awesome.
