So there's plenty of ways to go about it. She could either enduring a pregnancy and just producing many young (all while trying to keep her cool and smug attitude), enduring an unexpected pregnancy from an unnamed human partner and birthing their hybrid child, or maybe has undergone some kind of experiment and is stuck giving birth to something neither Ctarl Ctarl or remotely humanoid.
