Arturia is a gender swap of King Arthur and she prides her kingship above all else, to better rule her kingdom she passes herself off as a man with few knowing her secret. If anyone was to walk on a battlefield pregnant and even ignore the signs of labor for the sake of leading her men it would be her. The scenario could be during/after the battle she asks the player to help her find someplace secluded, flushed and exhausted from fighting not only the battle but her own body as well she tells you she's pregnant and needs your help so she can get back to the battlefield. Not wanting to risk ruining her clothing and rousing suspicions she asks you to remove her armour and clothes urging you on as she does her best to hold in the baby until she can finally begin to push. :)
