Updated Tiers

I've updated the tiers with new rewards. In just a second here, I will be posting some new Tier 2 and above patron exclusive "Textless" and "Unpainted Nails" versions of a couple of drawings. I've only got a few right now, but future drawings will always have these versions, and I will also be going back to some older ones and creating some for them.
