Hisoka doesn't want to dominate Gon, he wants to push him further until he becomes a worthy opponent to kill. Also Hisoka didn't need to lose his arms against Kastro, he's just crazy. And about using Gyo all the time, that was the point Hisoka made: it doesn't matter whether you use Gyo or not because he can attach his bungee gum just by hitting you. Even if you block it can stick on you. Same if you hit him. Divek gets it!
