So opposite but it ended up working out Definitely a different approach to the usual episodes but that is true! I do love me 4th wall breaks Hm interesting. I’m sure every background pony has a crazy story 😂

2024-03-22 00:01:26 +0000 UTCDon't bother - your'e exciting enough to capture our interest at least ;) AJ sings in the opening, its just too short to recognize it, i think. I love how this episode turned out - there are two worldviews colliding and Twilight can be too focused on the wrong thing and therefore stuck sometimes and the message is neat too. The toonish slapstick was a nice touch and shows the absurdity of Pinkie Pies role in all Episodes, as the cheerful and random character, who is often found to be breaking the 4th-wall. Its btw. one of the first intended occurences of Derpy (sometimes called Ditzy Doo or Muffins) (the grey Pegasus after the falling piano scene) who is a fan favourite due to her an animation error which showed her with distorted eyes before in the pilot episode, which was a joke by some animator. Due to its fame in the fandom it got canon with this Episode.

2024-03-17 08:15:55 +0000 UTCThis is one of the many reasons people say don’t question pinkie pie in general, the message is nice it’s showing that life is pretty unpredictable at times and some stuff just can’t be explained and that’s okay, and twilight needs proof and needs to be able to see and understand to believe it, she has a scientific brain so she’s really interested in finding out what is going with pinkie pie, but you’re right twilight is very systematic she’s kinda closed minded or stuck in her ways when it comes to accepting things like this to be true, you got a glimpse at twilight ego in this episode as well, great reaction! I love both twilight and pinkie pie
