Hence back when it first possessed Meg, it took her name. Also, when Dean said Meg, the demon said "No. Not anymore," meaning that demons can take on any name they want, but in this case, it says its name isn't Meg. We can technically still call it any of the names it's had, which at last check, is currently Meg.
