My MLP Season 1 Pony Rankings

Ay what’s up everyone! I finished S1 and I usually do a review of the season just for my present thoughts. This post includes my thoughts and rankings of the 6 original ponies. Want to shout out the cutie mark crusaders since I love them and their ambitions!

So comment below and let’s discuss SEASON 1 (remember no spoilers)

1. Applejack seems to be the rock and most secure one. Can be competitive but I love how in order, proud, and honorable especially when she’s wrong. Perhaps it’s the nuturing and caring vibe she brings as well. Also liked her cutie mark story.

2. Fluttershy: Probably should be #1 as she wasn’t far the most I enjoyed seeing on the screen and the one I relate to the most. Sweet, gentle, delicate, and push over to a fault. Loved moments when she would standup for herself or change from her sweetness.

3. Pinkie Pie: The unexpected character as I had anticipated she would be at the bottom but I love how random and an explosive ball of energy. The most hilarious and sporadic out of everyone. Always a fun time with pinkie and it breaks my heart when she’s sad

4. RD was looking to be my least favorite as the more brash, insensitive, and cocky characters are ones I dislike. The more we get to know her the better she got. She’s loyal, competitive, and rough around the edges but means well. Then later on we learn her importance with the Sonic Rainboom and how that ignited and helped all the ponies. Took a little bit but I’ve enjoyed them the more I watched the season.

5. Twilight is your typical main character where at first she doesn’t have much of a personality or traits. The more you go the more her strictness, intelligence, and management comes into play. Also she has my favorite voice in the show. I still like her but I think she would be a C tier character at the moment.

6. Rarity seems to be the weak link at the moment. She’s prim, bratty, and fashionable. Even her much needed time in the second half, it was hard to really get invested into her and I think that’s the main part of her. I still love her inclusions but there’s just something that’s a bit off.
