AUGH this is such a sneaky heart-wrencher. It's so nice getting a bit of insight into Pearl's homesickness, and the sheer level of drive she can gain towards a goal, in this case dangerously so. Greg gets wonderful dad points here from me in putting his foot down for Steven's safety and genuinely jumping in to just hanging out with Steven and humoring his initial whimsy. I think my favorite part of this episode is that when Pearl uses the piano keys to control the spaceship, the notes mesh in with the backing music perfectly. One of the most amusing things here for me is that this is the second time in just a few episodes that Steven's ended up in low Earth orbit. I feel like the biggest question here is... is he still breathing because of his half-Gem heritage (Gems don't "breathe" per say) or because "suspend your logic, it's a cartoon?" The fact that there's a real argument for the first makes these plot choices fascinating to me.
