I always start my recordings at 00:00:00 of the show to make timecode syncing much easier and the timecode is included. I watch through any recaps (if any) and intros. i know that Zoro's pledge to never lose in a fight again it's pretty epic and cool and all... but i personally don't like when authors do that kind of stuff, specially when the series itself revolves around fighting and the character in question is very Honor-driven. Now we ultimately know what the outcome it's always gonna be..... Is primarily because of that why i stopped anticipating Zoro's 1vs1 fights a long time ago.

2024-01-02 05:21:13 +0000 UTCOne Piece does an amazing job with the scale. They do a great job at showing the size difference between a lot of things. For reference, the 5 straw hats range in height from about 5'7" to 5'11" with Luffy being 5'7". So that can give you a good idea of just how tall some of these characters are. Sanji's cigarette is a classic. I would never condone smoking in any away. But some of Sanji's best moments involve his cigarette. And as the resident Canadian who is forced to do these conversions almost daily, 1kg = 2.2lbs. So Hachi's swords were a little over 600lbs each. The strength of some of these characters is just unbelievable.
