I always start my recordings at 00:00:00 of the show to make timecode syncing much easier and the timecode is included. I watch through any recaps (if any) and intros. But it always starts at 00:00:00. Must have your own copy to watch along with, since I can't offer that due to copyright laws. Streamer: Netflix

The live action did do a great job with a lot of these fights. The only disappointing thing is that they deprived us of the glorious "Usopp Hammer!!" And I agree that One Piece does a great job with flashbacks. Sometimes they are clearly there just to pad the run time, but they still do add to the overall feeling of the moment. One thing that is worth remembering is that minus a few breaks, this was a weekly show on tv. So some of the flashbacks in later arcs can be showing moments that happened 5, 10, even 20 years prior. Which I think is something hardcore fans/binge watchers forget. Imo theres only one really bad flashback in the whole series and thats because they give you essentially half an episode flashback to the previous episode. Otherwise they are acceptable even if not necessarily needed.

In the manga, every chapter has a cover page that just says the title and some art. Oda decided to make cover stories from those, making the art of the covers their own story. 46 and 47 is an adaptation of one of these cover stories, but since they're just covers, the anime had to fill in a lot of the gaps. Personally, I skipped them and I wasn't confused about anything nor was it a big deal.

FILLER, Because yeah... you're getting close to the first batch of filler episodes in One Piece Mikey. The thing is... Filler in One Piece is much more tricky to deal with than with other anime, because unlike other anime the Filler of One Piece more often than not ends up blending in with the actual Canon Content. what i mean by this is that sometimes when you decide to skip the filler episodes you'll find that certain items or even characters from the Filler content show up in the Canon material and the main cast interact with said items/characters during the Canon events and you end up confused because you never even saw those items/characters being introduced before that moment. So having that clarified... here are the first Filler episodes of One Piece: Episodes 50 and 51 are Filler, However... even tho they are filler... i want you to consider the possibility of watching them, becauase unlike the majority of other Filler content in the anime... these 2 episodes specifically are actually something that Oda himself wanted to include in the Manga but didn't because it would slow down the pacing a bit much. Or at the very least... i would like you to react to just episode 50 because it does have a very cool development for one of the Main Characters (You can skip episode 51 if you want tho, it's not as good as episode 50 in my opinion). But do not relax just yet... there are more filler episodes in close proximity to those 2. episodes 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 are also Filler, it is the first Stand-alone filler arc of One Piece in fact. But here's the tricky part once again... Episode 61 is technically part of the Filler Arc as well... or at least... half of it is, because the first half of the episode is the Epilogue of the Filler Arc while the second half is Canon Content xddd. Sooo if you don't want to miss on anything important you will have to start your reaction of episode 61 from the minute 13:10 And also don't worry about the Filler Arc at all, you can skip all of those episodes, they're not as interesting or entertaining as episode 50.
