Oh god, that climbing scene makes me physically wince every time I see it. I'm right there with you on that one. But yay, Chopper! As usual, I'll be the resident dub expert and inform you that he is also voiced by a woman in English, Brina Palencia. She has several other anime and video game roles under her belt but nothing quite as iconic as Pikachu I'm afraid. The most iconic role I know her from IS Chopper. :P

2024-04-14 14:38:45 +0000 UTCThe thing with Usopp and Zoro and how they were both "dreaming" about a Field of Flowers is a joke on the fact that they almost died and briefly saw the afterlife. Yes, Chopper is Male but he's voiced by a Female Voice Actress, his voice is done by Ikue Otani, who you probably will recognize as the official voice of the Most Iconic Pokemon of all.... Pikachu. By the way... Luffy's voice is also done by a Woman (Mayumi Tanaka) in case you didn't know.
