GOTTA BOW Yep, Chopper is a Reindeer who ate the Human Human Fruit and therefore gained not only the physical capabilities of a human but also our intelligence. (The following information is given by Oda himself in the Question's Corner of the Manga that these episodes adapt) Like i explained in the previous episode... it seems like the Zoan-type Devil Fruits that one of Wapol's subordinates mentioned work in 3 forms... The base form: it's the species of which the Zoan User was born into... -Dalton with his Human Form -Chopper with his regular Reindeer form that we saw when he and Kureha were treating the kid. The Beast Form: The User assumes the full appearance of the Animal/Beast of their respective Devil Fruit. -Dalton transformed into a normal Bison when he was running to Wapol's location. -Given that Chopper is a Reindeer his Beast Form would be the one where he looks like a Gorilla/Big Foot, that is his "Human" Form. The Hybrid Form: The User assumes a combined form of their Base and Beast Appearance. -Dalton transformed into his hybrid form when he encountered Wapol, that's how he managed to use his Sword despite still looking like a Bison. -The Form that we see Chopper use the most in this episode is his Hybrid form, since he still retains his Reindeer traits like his Horns and his hooves but still being able to walk on 2 legs and speak like a human.

XD Now we're getting into the heavy Chopper stuff. And right after that big comedic scene too. Oda definitely knows how to balance these things well.
